Complaint Process
Step 2: Mediation

Mediation is an alternative to investigation and can eliminate the costly and time-consuming preparation and submission of evidence and testimony from witnesses. Mediation sessions last about two hours, take place at OHR, and are conducted by a professional mediator.

If a successful mediation is achieved, all parties will sign a settlement and your case will be closed. If unsuccessful, the OHR will conduct a full investigation of your case.
